2. Nature of the Site and Its Content

2.1 Informational Purpose Only

The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a binding commitment to sell any real estate interest, ownership unit, or related product. No transaction, purchase agreement, or reservation is created by use of this Site alone.

2.2 Pre-Sale Project

Maravé LXR Residences is a pre-sale development. All pricing, availability, floorplans, specifications, renderings, photographs, amenities, and project timelines presented on this Site are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Oral representations made by any sales personnel do not supplement or amend these Terms unless confirmed in writing.

2.3 No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We strongly recommend that all prospective purchasers seek independent legal counsel qualified in Costa Rican real estate law, as well as independent financial and tax advice in their country of residence, before entering into any purchase agreement.

5.1 Accuracy of Information

When you submit an inquiry, contact form, or any other communication through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. SMS communications are subject to the TCPA consent terms disclosed at the point of form submission and described fully in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of any purchase.

5.3 No Agency Relationship

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Conciliación y Arbitraje de Costa Rica, or, at our election, before a court of competent jurisdiction in San José, Costa Rica.
