Each residence owner is responsible for costs to maintain the interior of their residence, utilities billed to their residence, insurance on their residence, and taxes associated with their residence. Monthly HOA fees cover common area maintenance, hotel and resort amenities and services use, security, landscaping, trash removal, HOA operations and reserves. Indicative assessment ranges are provided in the ownership documents during the sales process.

Pursuant to Costa Rican condominium law, all residence owners within a condominium are members of that condominium's homeowners' association (the "HOA"). The HOA makes decisions through Owners' Assemblies, held at least once annually. The HOA, through its appointed Administrator, makes and enforces the rules and regulations of the condominium and approves the annual budget and corresponding assessments. Day-to-day operations are managed by the Administrator appointed by the HOA.

Yes. Maravé Hotel and Resort sits within a master condominium that includes the residential properties, the Maravé hotel, the beach club, the spa and related amenities.

The Administrator is responsible for enforcing and executing the resolutions and by-laws of the HOA. The Administrator acts on behalf of the HOA's members, collects assessments, summons HOA meetings, and carries out the other responsibilities and powers assigned to it in the condominium's by-laws.
